Welcome
to the website of the Kings & Queens Bridge Game!
|
Click
to the photographs
section for pictures of our recent pizza party game!
|
| We
play on Thursday evenings, and are an American
Contract Bridge League-sanctioned open game. We are part of
the Sooner
Bridge Unit, so if you are interested in upcoming events or
more games in which to participate, go to their
website. |
| Our
club is less than a year old and we’re growing rapidly. But we'll
always make room for you! The reason our game is so popular is
our fun atmosphere and friendly members. As we draw more members,
we are going to open the game on other nights during the week
and add more locations in Edmond. |
| We’re
based at Epworth Villa, but we welcome Bridge enthusiasts of all
ages and we especially encourage high school and college students
to try our club! Our Director is an outstanding teacher, and offers
a FREE half-hour lesson each week before play begins. We start
lessons around 6pm and games start at 6:30pm. We’re a non-smoking
venue, and the facility is completely handicap-accessible. |
| Our
overheads are low, and we pass the savings on to you by charging
a fee of only $3 for regular games, and $4 for charity games.
Charity games are the first and last games of the month. If you
are an Epworth Villa resident, regular games are free and charity
games cost only $1! What an inexpensive way to spend an exciting
Thursday night! |
| Whether
you’re a Life Master or if you don’t even know what that means,
we’d love to meet you and give you a taste of the Kings &
Queens club. Don’t have a partner? Don’t worry... our Club Manager
is the ultimate Match Maker when it comes to this game. Just drop
her a line, or pick up the
phone and call - even if it’s already Thursday afternoon! |
